The Wrist Supply ships orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing an order.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, fraud review, carrier disruptions, or when additional order verification is needed.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the selected service.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships.

Domestic and international shipping

We may offer domestic and international shipping depending on destination and carrier availability. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges assessed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your shipment appears delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at stores@thewristsupply.com with your order number. We will help review the shipment and work with the carrier where appropriate.

Incorrect addresses

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible.
