Are your watches authentic? Yes. 100%. Every watch is factory-fresh Paul Rich, sourced from authorized supply, with original packaging and serial numbers intact. If anything ever feels off, send it back, no questions.
Do you sell Paul Rich watches? Yes. The Wrist Supply carries Paul Rich watches including Star Dust, Frosted Star Dust II, Crystal Bay, Mercer, Moonphase, Crown Legacy, Aquacarbon, and other curated styles.
Are the watches new or pre-owned? All watches are brand new unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
What's in the box? Your watch, the official Paul Rich box, warranty card, and a pin remover tool for sizing. Same packaging the brand ships to every authorized retailer.
What materials are used? 316L stainless steel cases and bracelets, sapphire crystal glass, and genuine aventurine or lab-grown stones depending on the model. Each product page lists the specifics.
Quartz or automatic movement? Depends on the model. Most Paul Rich watches run Swiss quartz movement (battery-powered, very accurate, low maintenance). Select Astro Skeleton models use Japanese automatic movements (powered by the motion of your wrist, no battery). Each product page tells you which.
Which Paul Rich watch should I choose? For a bold statement, the Star Dust and Frosted Star Dust II lines are the strongest. For cleaner everyday wear, Mercer and Crystal Bay are more versatile. Moonphase and Crown Legacy are best for buyers who want extra detail and wrist presence.
Shipping
How fast do you ship? Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day from Ohio. Orders after 2 PM ship the next business day. Most customers receive their watch within 2 to 4 business days.
Is shipping free? Free shipping on all orders over $50. Under $50, a flat rate applies at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Currently U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and want a Paul Rich watch, reach out and we'll point you to the right authorized retailer.
How can I track my order? You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your watch ships. If you don't see it, check spam, then email us.
Warranty & Returns
Is there a warranty? Yes. Every watch comes with the official Paul Rich 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. Covers defects in parts and workmanship. Does not cover damage from drops, water beyond rated resistance, or normal wear.
What's your return policy? 14 days, full refund, no restocking fee. Watch must be unworn, in original packaging, with all included items. Free return shipping for U.S. orders. Just message us first so we know it's coming.
Something went wrong with my watch. What do I do? Email us. We'll either replace it under warranty or walk you through the Paul Rich warranty claim process directly. Either way, you're not on your own.
Sizing & Fit
How big are the watches? Most Paul Rich men's watches are 42 to 45mm case diameter. Women's are 32 to 36mm. The full watchband length (top to bottom including case) is about 9.6 inches for men's and 8.7 inches for women's.
Can the strap be adjusted? Yes. Every watch ships with a pin remover tool included, so you can size the bracelet at home in a few minutes. No watchmaker needed. All straps are adjustable.
Is the watch water resistant? Most Paul Rich watches carry 5 ATM (50 meters) water resistance. Splash-proof, rain-proof, shower-friendly, fine for a quick swim. Not built for diving or extended snorkeling.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay installments (split your payment into 4 with no interest).
Can I use a discount code? Yes. First-time buyers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off. One use per customer. Doesn't combine with sale prices.
Do you offer gift wrap? Every Paul Rich watch already ships in its official branded box, which is gift-ready. If you want a handwritten note included, mention it at checkout in the order notes and we'll take care of it.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet (we ship fast), email us right away and we'll catch it. Once it's in transit, follow the standard return process when it arrives.
