Authenticity & Quality
Are your watches authentic? Yes. Every watch we sell is authentic and sourced from trusted supply. Product pages are written around the exact model, condition, movement, and included packaging for that specific watch.
Do you sell Paul Rich and Vincero watches? Yes. The Wrist Supply carries curated Paul Rich and Vincero watches, including Paul Rich Star Dust, Mercer, Moonphase, Crystal Bay, Aquacarbon, Crown Legacy, and select Vincero Icon, Chrono, Kairos, and limited edition models.
Are the watches new or pre-owned? All watches are brand new unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
What comes in the box? Your watch ships with the brand packaging and included materials available for that model. Paul Rich watches typically include the official Paul Rich box, warranty card, and sizing tool. Vincero watches include the available Vincero packaging and materials noted with the listing.
What materials are used? It depends on the model. Many pieces use stainless steel cases and bracelets, mineral or sapphire-style crystal depending on the watch, and dial materials or finishes specific to the collection. Each product page lists the key details.
Quartz, automatic, or Japanese movement? It depends on the model. Many Paul Rich watches use Swiss quartz movement. Some Vincero and select Paul Rich styles use Japanese automatic movement. Quartz is battery-powered and low maintenance; automatic is mechanical and powered by wrist motion. Each listing identifies the movement where available.

Shipping
How fast do you ship? Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day when the item is in stock and ready to ship. Orders after 2 PM ship the next business day. Most U.S. customers receive their watch within 2 to 4 business days.
Is shipping free? Free shipping on all orders over $50. Under $50, a flat rate applies at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Currently U.S. only.
How can I track my order? You will get a tracking number by email the moment your watch ships. If you do not see it, check spam, then contact us.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Watches must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all included items. To start a return, email stores@thewristsupply.com with your order number.
Warranty
Is there a warranty? Warranty coverage depends on the brand and model. Product pages will note available warranty details when applicable. If something arrives wrong or defective, contact us and we will help make it right.
Something went wrong with my watch. What do I do? Email us with your order number and photos if helpful. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, return, or warranty direction depending on the situation.
Sizing & Fit
How big are the watches? Case sizes vary by model. Most men's watches are commonly in the 40mm to 45mm range, while smaller dress and women's styles may be smaller. Check each product page for the specific case size when available.
Can the strap or bracelet be adjusted? Yes. Bracelet watches can usually be sized by removing links, and strap watches adjust through the buckle holes. Some watches include a sizing tool; if not, a local jeweler or watch shop can size most bracelets quickly.
Are the watches water resistant? Water resistance depends on the model. Most fashion watches are fine for everyday splashes and rain, but they should not be used for diving unless the listing clearly says the watch is designed for that use.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay installments when available at checkout.
Can I use a discount code? Yes. First-time buyers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off when eligible. One use per customer. Some sale items or promotions may not combine with additional discounts.
Do you offer gift wrap? Most watches already ship in brand packaging that works well for gifting. If you want a handwritten note included, mention it at checkout in the order notes and we will do our best to include it.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not shipped yet, email us right away and we will try to catch it. Once it is in transit, follow the standard return process when it arrives.
