We want you to feel confident buying from The Wrist Supply. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at stores@thewristsupply.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with any included packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, protective materials, and proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, missing parts, or missing packaging may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.

How to start a return

Email stores@thewristsupply.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions for where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the item securely.

Damages and order issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Final sale items

Gift cards, special-order items, and items clearly marked final sale are not eligible for return unless required by law.
