Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition it was received, including any original packaging, tags, manuals, boxes, or accessories included with the order.

To start a return, customers should contact stores@thewristsupply.com with their order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
